I pinned this because the problem is that online communication consistently smothers and strips any nuance or respect from even good-faith arguments into black-and-white to-the-throat positions — no place for the messy condition of the people around us to course-correct.
At this point _all_ kinds of online discourse that make you compelled to respond are instantly suspect, and attempts to involve me in responding in the moment — IMO — hostile acts in result even if not intent.
